Advantage Design and Prefabrication Service

Thanks to significant investment in the Aylesford manufacturing facility, Polypipe has the technical capabilities to fully prefabricate Terrain drainage stacks. The team works vastly with high-density polythene (HDPE) due to its great design flexibility, allowing greater adaptability to address the specific challenge facing each project.

The Advantage Service also designs and prefabricates fully customised water supply systems, using components and pipework from our MecFlow Supply Systems range. MecFlow products use state-of-the-art composite materials and advanced jointing techniques that remove the need for hot works – saving time while delivering reliable joints with minimal waste.

The Technical team understands that each project is unique, and so each potential problem is different. That’s why the team engages with the client throughout the process. The designs are thoroughly revised, integrating any amendments, and do not proceed to prefabrication until you are satisfied. 

After the designs are approved, our in-house fabrication team manufacture your desired pipe system for your project. Our state-of-the-art quality control facility ensures your system meets all required specifications. Once prepared, your finalised pipe system is delivered on-site, suited around your schedule
